07/05/09 - We have been successful in obtaining a full public enquiry. As an opposition group we have also been granted rule 6 party status. This means that we have been granted a right to speak and be represented at the public enquiry. We are not only able to have our arguments heard, more importantly we have the right to question the arguments of the developer. To do this we now need to employ the relevant experts to argue our case and test the developer’s evidence. We are talking about legal representation from planning lawyers, environmental impact assessment experts and so on. To cut to the point we now all need to donate to the cause to help us fight this appeal by using all the tools available. THIS IS OUR LAST CHANCE TO PRESERVE OUR QUALITY OF LIFE IN THIS AREA. Please send all donations (cheques to Newlands Windfarm Action Group) to-   Newlands Windfarm Action Group
